Our experience has shown that the most consistently reliable method of shipping is through the United States Postal Service. Consequently, we ship exclusively with USPS. Our SHIPPING RATES are as follows:

What is Janaway Genealogy’s RETURN POLICY

Returns are permitted if the book is in the same condition as it was when purchased, and approval is granted by Janaway within 30 days from the date of purchase. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL BY JANAWAY.

There is a 25% RESTOCKING FEE for all returns.

However, all sales of print-on-demand books are FINAL. Print-on-Demand books are special orders and produced one-at-a-time. Because of the production method, returns are allowed only for defective books...books which have been damaged or printed incorrectly. In those cases, the book will be replaced, but there will be no refunds.

Returned Checks: There will be a $25.00 charge to the customer for a check retuned to us for insufficient funds.
